After looking over the list of goals you all posted on the board, we felt that these two lifts would help the overwhelming majority progress towards said goals. That being said, we will not be tailoring our group programming focus away from our traditional CrossFit Midland approach merely to boost these lifts. Instead, each week we will post programming to be completed by those of you who want to spend extra time focusing on improving these lifts. Each of these programs is a twice per week format, requiring 2 days rest in between. That is, if you perform Day 1 PC program on Tuesday, you need to wait until Friday or Saturday to complete Day 2. The programs are written on the whiteboard at the gym by the rowers and will be updated weekly. Let Bryan or Ember know if you have any questions. Let’s get strong!
